The GOLDLEAF Gold cake stand made of brilliant crystal glass by Glasmanufaktur Eich fascinates with the uniqueness of each piece and the hand-applied, individual surface structures that look like wood grains covered with gold leaf.
24-carat gold is manually applied to the glass surface in several complex work steps and burned in at 560°C. Each piece is unique due to the individually varying structure in which the gold is characterized.
