What types of payment are accepted?
deSaive deSign accepts payment in advance, purchase on account, payment by installment, PayPal, direct debit and credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
How does Payment in Advance work?
If you choose the prepayment method, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the bank details of deSaive deSign after sending your order. As soon as your payment has been received, your order will be sent to you. Until your payment arrives, it can take 1 to 2 business days depending on the credit institution. Please make sure to enter the indicated purpose (order number and date of order). This is the only way to quickly allocate your payment.
How does the payment Purchase by Invoice work?
If you want to choose the method of Purchase on Account, please click on the button PayPal, direct debit, credit card and below on Pay upon Invoice during the payment process within the payment method, so that a tick is activated behind it. It is a PayPal service but you do not need a PayPal account. By clicking on Check out you will again receive an overview of your order, accept our terms and conditions and then click on Buy now. If you select Purchase by Invoice, PayPal will conduct a credit check. Should this be negative, please select another payment method. After checking the credit-worthiness you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal system and receive via e-mail in addition to the order confirmation from us as well as all payment information from PayPal.
Please transfer the purchase price within the specified period to PayPal. PayPal's transfer information will appear on your order confirmation, your invoice, and PayPal emails for your purchase.
The Purchase by Invoice can usually be used for shopping cart values up to 1,500.00 EUR.
How does PayPal pay work?
If you have a PayPal account, please choose PayPal, direct debit, credit card. Now click on the PayPal logo, so that behind a checkmark is activated. You will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. Here you register as usual with your user data and confirm the payment. The payment is made using the payment method (bank account or credit card), which you have deposited with PayPal.
How does Payment via Direct Debit work?
Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay us via PayPal by direct debit without registering with PayPal or to sign up. The payment is made once via PayPal, which here only act as a processing bank. Even this, please select at checkout button PayPal, credit card and then click on the EC / Debit logo, so that behind a checkmark is activated. You will now be linked to your bank via an encrypted, secure connection, where you can commission the direct debit. Payment takes 1-2 working days. Once payment is received, we will ship the goods.
How does Payment by Credit Card work?
Payment by credit card from VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover is also possible via PayPal at deSaive deSign. You do not need to have an account with PayPal. If you want to pay for your order with your credit card, simply select the payment method PayPal, debit, credit cardand then click on credit card, so that a check mark is activated behind it.
After completing your order, you will be automatically redirected via an encrypted, secure connection to the page where you can enter your credit card details. The invoice amount is conveniently debited from your credit card.
How secure is the payment on the website of deSaive deSign?
We are aware that the security of your personal payment information is of high importance. For this reason, we only work together with established payment service providers, which guarantee a very high level of security and work with a secure, encrypted connection.

Within Germany and Austria delivery takes place with different transport companies depending on the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, the shop system is currently not technically capable of adding different logistics companies in the shopping basket, so you will have to go through the products in a single case. We hope that the developers will find a solution as soon as possible.
Meanwhile we send to all countries. For shipping outside of Germany and Austria please check with us for the freight costs. We then ask them individually for you.
