General Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions contain at the same time legal information about your rights according to the regulations on contracts in distance selling and electronic commerce.

 

1. Scope

For all deliveries of deSaive deSign Interieur Design & Accessories to consumers (§ 13 BGB), these terms and conditions apply.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

 

2. Contractor

The purchase contract is concluded with: deSaive deSign Interieur Design & Accessories, Owner: Susanne Dessaive, Am Hainberg 1, 61462 Koenigstein im Taunus, U-St-Id.-No. DE 111 49 79 23. 3. Offer and contract conclusion

3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.

3.2 By clicking on the button "Buy" you place a binding order of the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

 

4. Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (eg a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use the model withdrawal form attached below, which is not required.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts

- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is authoritative or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

 

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract is received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees.

 

For freight forwarding goods:

We pick up the goods if they have been delivered with logistics companies. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods as follows:

  • Goods delivered within Germany by Dachser Intelligent Logistics, amounting to 53,55 Euro
  • Goods delivered from the Netherlands by Jan Krediet European Furniture Logistics or from Italy by the freight forwarder DB Schenker amounting to 89.25 Euros per m3
  • Goods delivered from the Netherlands by Jan Krediet European Furniture Logistics or from Italy by the freight forwarder DB Schenker amounting to 141.02 Euros per 1.5 m3

 

For parcel shipping goods:

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. Prices and shipping costs

5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

5.2 Information on additional shipping costs can be found under the menu item Shipping.

 

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery takes place within Germany with various transport service providers. An overview can be found under the menu item Shipping.

6.2 Information on delivery times can be found on the respective product page.

 

7. Payment

Payment can be made either by means of payment as selected in the order process or as a link to page with payment methods.

 

Further information about ordering process

If you have found the product you are looking for, you can add it without obligation by clicking the button "Add to cart" into the shopping cart. You can view the content of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the button "Shopping cart" or "Show cart" without obligation. The products can be removed at any time by clicking the button "Remove from cart" (symbol of a trash can) again from the shopping cart. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click the button "Checkout". Please enter your details. The mandatory information is marked with a *. No registration is required. Your data will be encrypted. After entering your data and selecting the payment method, you will be taken to the "Check & Order" page via the "Continue" button, where you can check your entries again. By clicking on the button "Buy" you conclude the payable order process. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. On each page you will find more information, e.g. to correction options.

 

Contract text

The contract text is stored on our internal systems. The general terms and conditions can be viewed at any time on this page. If you have created a customer account, you can view your customer data at any time under "customer login". The order data will be sent to you by e-mail. After completion of the order, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
