OSANI mirror Ebony Gold leaf
Description
The OSANI mirror from InsidherLand is based on the image of the Osani game played by the Efé children in the Ituri rainforest in the Republic of Congo. The children sit in a circle on the floor facing each other and touching each other with their bare feet.
Each child takes turns saying the concept of a round object, such as sun (oi), moon (tiba), star (bibi) or eye (ue) and then naming a figurative equivalent of "round", such as the family circle , togetherness, a baby in the womb or the cycle of the moon. If someone has to pass when it is their turn, they are out of the game until only one person remains.
Tradition has it that this person has a long and prosperous life.
