THE SPECIAL TREE Sideboard by INSIDHERLAND is a redesign of the original cabinet with the same name. Featuring the summer season, the sideboard has three types of exotic roots in its natural color in high gloss finish.

The interior is made of satinwood veneer, also in high-gloss finish. Within the sideboard, small wavy copper "branches" were developed to hold the glass floors seemingly floating. The base made of jewelery and the "tree trunks" are made of oxidized, brushed brass. In the middle "tree trunk" the name of the design furniture was engraved: THE SPECIAL TREE.

The HOMELAND sideboard represents the values of the place where we are born; an autumnal place of an inner light with a serene and protector spirit. Recreating the image of an ancient cottage, with irregular whitewashed walls, HOMELAND by INSIDHERLAND is a piece that results from a thorough handmade work and each piece turns out to be unique, endowed by unrepeatable details.

Compact in appearance, with a demanding design and a refined woodwork, this piece seems to be an impenetrable “wall”. However, it reveals to be a surprising sideboard that responds to the various support functions to a dining room.

The Unveil sideboard portraits the unknowns of human Identity. The brass frame around the doors in aged mirror means that first look to someone, when, sometimes, we wrongly believe that we already have seen it all. However, we only see what’s allowed for us to capture and so, a small fragment of a more complex formation. Only a more closely observation can amaze us with precious details that weren’t right away revealed on a first sight.
